Using the internationally recognised behavioural assessment tool, DiSC, we will unlock the principles of behaviour, the four types of behaviours identified in DiSC and how they interact with each other.
Knowing how these behaviours create unique but identifiable dynamics allows the leader of teams to moderate, adjust and enhance communications, activities and the environment to foster a smoother, more productive and efficient workplace.
This training requires people to undertake the DiSC assessment offered through HPS.
